Shipping

Orders are sent out within 3 to 5 business days, shipped standard by Canada Post.  

Returns

Due to the nature of hand dyed yarns all sales are considered final.  Returns are not accepted and refunds are not issued. 

Our yarn is hand dyed in small batches and  color variations may occur resulting in each skein being unique.

All efforts are made to ensure product colors in the photos are represented as accurately as possible.  Nevertheless, colors may vary from screen to screen.

All personal information provided to Yarn Vudu will be kept strict confidence.  Any personal information provided will be used for billing and shipping purposes only.  This information will not be shared to any outside party beyond legal obligation.
